Cloud in sky not moving just mean that the time isn't flowing. Day and night are most likely not implemented.

On top of cast bars not being right, you also have the max MP bar that isn't right. On the party monitor, you can see 1860MP, the bar isn't full. At the bottom, 1860MP, the bar is full. On the second screenshot, 1860MP, both bars are full.

Finally, the little exclamation mark on the bottom right of the screen is most likely blinking. Except that... over time, if an icon is blinking, on two screenshots, the blinking effect should be different. In here it's not. It's like the whole UI is purely solid, not animated.

I don't see the big deal of having some photoshop/edits on screenshots anyway. As long as the UI -will- be like that when the game is available, I don't care. What matters is the game I will play, not what I see now...
