    How do people know Gaius is a hyur?? Also, I don't think its coincidence that Darnus is the ruler of the 7th legion while he wields meteor (because meteor was originally from ff7)..... and that Gaius is the 14th legion (as in ff14).

    Also, is it just me or does Gaius seem like he might be secretly good? I don't think he likes Darnus.

    Actually! Gaius is not precisely a 'good' guy, he is extremely loyal to his emperor and believes in his country. He also knows that Darnus has been decieving His Radiance and that he has a secret agenda. He dislikes Darnus first and foremost because Darnus wants to kill the world, and the empire wants to rule it.

    Can't really rule a pile of ashes, can you? (unless you're a dragon)
