The best black mages two hand staff

Pricey... at about 2M for Lightning IV, you would be looking at +4M (if lucky) or +20M if the RNG is not fond of you.

End result would be (Let's say Lightning +25):
Int +5, Attack +10, Accuracy +10, Lightning +50, Spell Interrupt + 50, and Magic Evasion +10

This would of course make it the most powerful 2H weapon (due to the 2x Materia on it). More so than even an Ivory Staff. (Which is Kind of sad for crafters).

The only thing that comes close is the Sergeant's Cudgel (with Sanction) for +15 Accuracy and +60 Magic Attack (for fire/ice AND lightning). However it does free up the Shield slot where you can get more Int or Magic Attack. So if you can maintain Sanction, then the Cudgel is probably the most powerful. If not, then a double melded Longstaff (albeit pricey!)

Giantsgall is still much inferior to a Lightning Brand/+1. If your going to be talking about double melding lighting or INT and what not you need to do it on a Lightning Brand.

Garuda or Relic is the only 2 reasons you should even consider using a 2h weapon over Lighting Brand/Fire Brand/Sergeant's Crudgel (Sanction only).

Remember, when considering these crudgels over the staffs dont for get to add in either +6 AMP, or +6 INT depending on what shield you have.
