Plus, the devs said that they had the models done but where pending on the decision to implement them, It's not like they're going to have to create the races from the ground up.
Sure maybe they'll need to tailor armor accordingly, but i strongly doubt they would have to spend a ridiculous amount of time modeling new characters.

I agree, I think it will take less time to implement them since the models are done so hopefully they will implement them along with the content that still needs to be added around the same time. Tho right now I'd be happy to just get a answer.

I don't see why anyone is opposed to more options for individuality that doesn't affect gameplay in any way(besides enjoying it more since you like your character?). The more races the more options people have and the less stale the world becomes with people that look the same(like XI). It's understandable to think it's not needed now. However, we aren't asking for them right now.

I've seen Tanaka's interview that said that the "designs" were finished and I've seen a separate interview that said the "models" were finished. Will try to find it then post back here. :x

I have a question for all of you though who support the male miqote, female highlander and female roegadyn to be implimented in the game. Would you delete and remake your character to choose one of these races even if it means starting over from scratch? It sort of seems like it is too late already...

I would rather just make another character. Saved two slots for male miqo'te incase they add them. If I have to have less characters (because of money issues), then I would deleted a character I have now.
I'm not one of those people that has only one or two characters though.

I see, I am just curious what those supporters would do. I am all for implimenting these new races but I don't think I would be able to delete my current character seeings as I feel like I have accomplished so much already, it would be heartbreaking to go back to the beginning. If there was perhaps some event that allowed you the choise to change your character race/looks only once then I would deffinatly do it, but it is too late for me now :c
