not if she can provide proof that she did purchase from them ie receipt showing that it was purchased on such and such a day. or even a credit card receipt if they allow it as a pop.

i have the credit card bill, just not the original email with my game/garlond goggles code.
support has just given me a "WAIT TIL WERE OPEN" message.
