CS maddness! (auto skip CS's)

Something I'd like to see is a feature like in Guild Wars where everyone has to vote to skip a CS (With a majority vote resulting in it skipped so you don't get one troll slowing everyone down), and make it so the timer doesn't tick down (and monsters don't attack and such, yada yada) while you're in a cutscene. That would actually allow folks to watch cutscenes in instances without screwing up the run. I know I can watch it in the inn, but there's something nice about having your party there with you.

I think I would find this worse then the current system. With the current system at least you can skip after a bit if you don't want to but here you can get stuck watching more of a CS cause not everyone loads the same and you may not see the votes come in very fast.
