Any kind of in-game game that you can spontaneously play with friends while you're chilling in a capital city would just be absolutely fantastic. It doesn't have to be super complicated either. Just something else to promote character interaction and enhance down-time you may spend with friends or guild members while waiting for scheduled events or leve resets and so on.

An interactive side-game available in one of the major cites (not Ul'dah), would be a fantastic way to help downtime, and get people to travel away from the hub.

I really feel that this would get a lot of new players in the game and promote lots of player interaction with each other without being that hard to implement.
