Another big quake hit Japan. 7.4 magnitude

Haiti was only a 7.0.

I think the one in Haiti was so bad because all their buildings and stuff had no building codes when they built them and were practically ready to fall down anyways. I think things in Japan are built sturdier. Not sure though.
