More Diverse Hair Options in 2.0

They won't do really long hair if it causes too much interference with clothing.

I seriously MUCH prefer some clipping and slightly less natural hair movement AND have long hairstyles THAN only short hair styles (or tied hair).

I really hope they are putting it in 2.0... if not, DEFINITELY IN THE FIRST EXPANSION? Right? Right?

I support additional hairstyles, regardless of form. FFXIV basically just needs more hairstyles in general.

I do too ; ; I have very long hair in reality (almost full length of my back) and I wish my character could as well. Or at least some dainty ornate braids/ribbons. Something that looks very delicate, feminine, and princess-like. The shorter hairstyles that XI and XIV have offered seem agressive to me. My fear is though that there will be clipping issues or the hair will look too stiff and unorganic.

That being said, I hope there's a whole lot more attractive hair styles (and not race anchored) in 2.0. For as much thought and design as you put into the facial details, the only thing anyone else will ever notice really is which hair you picked. And unfortunately on my server its just a sea of the pony tail do or the one in my avatar. Which makes my character just look like a clone of any other female hume playing the game, and the only variation being which color combo we picked.

I'm all for more hair styles. Some of the ones in the OP are good, but some aren't . I would also like more long hair styles for females, not just shoulder-length for everything.

Maybe there will be some clipping issues when wearing certain gear, but I'm sure there would be a way to get around that if they just did something creative.

What if most current hairstyles just got a length-slider? Wouldn't work out well for all of the hair styles, naturally, but I'm sure it would be all right for quite a few of them.

You can see her hair in the back...no clipping.

I have TONS more of MMO I have played that have long hair with NO clipping issues...but I don't want to post other games here all day cuz that gets threads locked even though that is not my intention. I am just trying to show that you can have long hair with no clipping problems...

I am sure SE can do it if these old games can ._.
