Meanwhile he keeps getting charged 12 bucks for not playing the game. It isn't reasonable if a character with all its jobs and crafts became unplayable and they told you to wait like 5 months to be able to play it.

This isn't an acceptable service. What's worse is that this could happen to anyone. Personally I would NOT level a new character.

Just keep going through customer support and you'll have your issue resolved eventually.
