What is your issue with how players go about defeating a primal? It dosent matter what you like or dislike when it comes to other players doing content. Now alotta players have the weapon they want from garuda so what. Garuda's weapons are not that great and there are only maybe 1 or 2 even worth useing. Players are not doing garuda for 2 reasons, and that is they already have the 1 weapon they want and 2 most of her weapons are not worth the effort, and lets not forget garuda isnt very PUG (pick up group) friendly.

I think a big part of Limsa's barren-ness is that it was the only city in the Alpha (unsurprising considering it's XIV's analog for Japan, not unlike Windurst in XI). People who've been playing since then practically know Limsa by heart and those that haven't find its isolation annoying.
