Missing Genders: A request for Male Miqote, Female Highlander, and Female Roegadyn

That this thread garnered so many views and dev attention is infuriating to me. The various rationalizations about why implementing the "missing genders" is so important still don't change that this addition won't make the game more entertaining, but will consume and require extra resources and effort from the devs.

No matter how minor the edits to character skeletons and whatnot they have to make, it's still a major addition to implement something like this.

I'm not saying it is wrong, as i wouldn't mind seeing them myself, but there is always time to make this addition later and allow current players the chance to have their items, experience and skills to be transferred to a new character.

If the name is an issue you could allow "changed" players to display their old name in brackets under their new name for a while.

All of these introduced new races without the need to transfer skills, the endgame crowd ate em up. If it keeps the players playing, the subscription based game wins.

A wall is built with small bricks. There is no such things as a "major addition", what you feel is one may just be a little for another. However, what is certain is, with every change brought to the game, we are heading somewhere, hopefully a better places, a better game.
Also, no one said it should be added to the game tomorrow, but having a confirmation it is added to the queue of changes truly planned is what we are looking for.

Plus, the devs said that they had the models done but where pending on the decision to implement them, It's not like they're going to have to create the races from the ground up.
Sure maybe they'll need to tailor armor accordingly, but i strongly doubt they would have to spend a ridiculous amount of time modeling new characters.

I agree, I think it will take less time to implement them since the models are done so hopefully they will implement them along with the content that still needs to be added around the same time. Tho right now I'd be happy to just get a answer.
