HEY WE'RE NOT TINY. we're small... boned. oh nevermind!

hells yeah! I think the Militia plate set together with that nice purple axe will look sick as hell. I want!
Coming from someone who considers himself a Monk first, anything else second, I am digging the new weapons. As far as Monk weapons go, they have been quite lackluster (visually) since Ifrit (save Garuda: wish I had one of those), and these are definitely a step up. I only hope they are worth using, statistically.
Did you know that you can level any battle class to 50 in just a matter of days? such weapons would be a waste, imo.
After you've done toto-rak once for example, there is almost no reason to ever go back unless you're helping a new player to clear it.

Exactly my point...there is going to be a lot of new players coming in the game soon...and with the droves of new players coming to the game, they should be included in all the content set to culminate with the end of the dalmund/meteor stroyline....
Maybe it's just me, but I'd rather have content that I can repeat over and over again and find enjoyable. Toto-rak does not fit that mold, neither will content aimed at that same level of players. You do stuff like that once, or a handful of times at most then you're done with it and never go back. Tbh, I think the new maps will break up the monotony of grinding to 50 well enough.
The same way its done for 45+ is the same way it can be done for 20-45...it was possible in XI and I think its posible to do in XIV as well...but as you say I hope that with 2.0 the exp grind/content leveling will make it more fun and be all inclusive.Maybe it's just me, but I'd rather have content that I can repeat over and over again and find enjoyable. Level sync only makes the content more fun to help a new player get through, it still doesn't make it worth repeating for a level 50 player.
