Abilities from Chocoback

I hope i'm not the only one wondering why this would be such a complex issue. The abilities in question don't have any kind of motion or animation or anything that would visually or ligically prohibit their use on chocobos/mounts. One would think it's a simple matter of flagging these commands as not being restricted while on chocobos/mounts.

I am going to make a wild guess. But when mounted, you are a completely different entiety that does not works at all the same way your on-foot self does, and is not even related to class or ability setups to begin with.
