Keeping it part of the casual content and putting in what you ask for may not be possible.

Leves are supposed to feel casual, if i'm understanding the point of them correctly, as they are solo-able, can be done with very small groups.

rather than start them all at once, I like the idea of starting them at the end of the one you just finished from the node.

I'd also like to see an option to teleport back to the town they started in, and not just back to the crystal.

there is just an excessive amount of running around imo

I don't like anything said in this thread except this. This is a good idea.
In other words, after you finish a leve, you should be able to start your other leves from the temporary node before it dissipates, or choose to teleport to the camp. This way, if your next leve is in the same general area, you don't have to run back.

Would be okay with this, or OP's solution.

I like this idea, starting 4 leves at once would leave u with lot of work maybe you can fight different leve monsters at the same time, maybe that could help make the grinding a lot more immersive

I think it would be 'counter immersive' as the 'immersion' is from the idea of going on a specific quest to solve a specific problem or challenge to aid your local community. The 'immersion' is lost when you say: I'll just go killa bunch of mobs at once.

From other aspects (trying to do as many XPs as possible) I can understand. Just not on the immersion/RP bit.

Well, is not like the imersion will be ruined just for doing that, you can look at it like going some place where you had to do several stuff so you go and get everything that is in your way, having lots of mobs would add a lot of imersion in my op. if you add a general timer you have to hurry and finish everything as fast as possible they could give an extra bonus for the time it takes for you to complete all the leves at the same time, this would increase the casual solo players that only have 40 mins-2 hours to play, sometimes when you want to level up you know the best way to level up is to make or join a party, but the time it takes to form may consume a lot your play time, with this you might get similar exp than with a party and you can duo if you want and make kill chains...

I don't think it has that much to do with immersion but you would get a lot more varied and long lasting targets this way.
Most of the leves are very focused on one type of enemy which causes boredom even in small chunks.

Imagine slaying few chigoes, being chased by skeletons and the performing enemy chase on a monkey while collecting few necrologs that just happen to be on your route.

All this could be performed in the order and time you choose.

    Now it's kill 6 sheep.
    Return.
    Kill 8 monkeys.
    Return.
    Collect 12 necrologs.
    Return.
Wonder why you need the Aerythe at all.
