    Or you could recruit 4 more people and have 3 groups running simultaneously. 20 people cycling through one group is counter productive. Which sounds like more of the problem.

    Not saying hamlets are perfect, but they are certainly not that bad with a static group.

    Sounds like a complete exaggeration. you said it yourself and that's how it went.
