To be fair it is mainly the west, because you could be arrested if you have pictures of even drawings of "child like characters" that may be scantly clothed or in a provocative pose if they so felt like it.

While everyone has their personal tastes...there is a thing called modesty..I'm here to play an MMO, not watch guys oogle their characters.

Every guy that plays a female character is definitely oogling their character. Every girl that plays a male character is also oogling their character.
