How is it not possible for someone to have a change of heart? I spent a lot of time making my character but ultimately I regret a rather significant decision I made in the process.

Well they already are giving us a freebie so that should sate most people's needs xD Most MMOs tend to be F2P which is how they make their money so I doubt they'd honestly keep it as a service unless SE account can handle it, since I know it can for sure handle Server Transfer service.
