It be pretty badass if Odin did appear and split Dalamud in half XD, then Darnus is like "All according to plan I myself did not have the strength to split Dalamud in half so I coaxed you into doing it for me HAHAHAHAHA" <_< Then he absorbed the inside of Dalamud turns into the Ultimate Weapon then proceeds pwns Odin.

well Darnus wants to kill the Primals so why become one? though that is what most people do is become the things they wanna kill. But im sure its be a higher chance that the Black wold would be Ultima and Darnus Omega, and that Hildibrand is Darnus.

Well Ifrit seems to hate the other primals. It's like they want to become the "one and only god" or something, so who knows? Maybe Odin would want the same thing. But yeah, putting that aside, the resemblance between Darnus and Omega (and Gaius and Ultima) is just too obvious not to consider this over the Odin theory. We'll see (said the blind man).
