FFXIV forum depletes my iphone battery too fast

Whenever my iphone safari browser is on ffxiv forum, and I'm not even browsing and my phone is just idle on my desk, my iphone battery goes from 100% to 4% in like 4 hours or so. So i got curious and tried with WoW forum, SWToR forum, and TERA forum and they do not consume the battery as quickly as ffxiv. Has anyone else notice this, or am i complaining too much? I hope this gets fixed by 2.0. Thanks.

I haven't noticed any battery issues, but the mobile version of the forums could be stand for some improvement.

Looking at the FFXIV forums on my computer screen for too long makes my eyes sore. I hope this is fixed in 2.0.

A smart phone on for 4 hours straight is actually fantastic.

I am not on the web all that time. This is a step by step of how i did my testing, you can attempt to replicate

    1. Open your browser on your phone, for me its safari
    2. Go to lodestone.ffxiv.com forum
    3. Click the iphone home button so that it returns me to home, but t doesn't close the ffxiv forum. Next time i click safari it takes me directly to ffxiv.
    4. Leave iphone idle on my desk.

I'd just like to chime in and say the coding of the mobile forum is too demanding on a mobile device. Even if you have the battery power, often pages don't load or they take too long to load. I haven't looked at it but I'm guessing too much Javascript load?
