Weapon versatility for all jobs <Yes, Please>

I do not understand why people use FF11 as an exmalple of classes that can use different weapons. In FF11 if you were a WAR and did not use GA from the time the 3rd expan pack came out till now you were gimped. If you were a Sam and did not use a GK you were gimped. DRG polearm, nin Katanna, Thf dagger etc. No one uses weapons that you do not have a A+ rating in and that was most of the time just one main weapon.

If they let us use different weapons they all need to be equal and all have different uses, Weapon skill animations, Speed, etc. Make it have a purpose. If not they leave it as it is and PLEASE do not use ff11 as an example because that game sucked ass when it comes to using different weapons because no one did it.
