    In WoW, dragging an icon from the skill book onto the macro text field automatically inputs the text command to use that skill and puts that skill's icon as the macro icon. Similarly, dragging a piece of gear into the macro text field automatically inputs the text command for equipping that item. The same goes for using consumable items as well.

    Hoping FFXIV has similar functionality.
