You know. . . That could work pretty well, give people a bigger tax-break if they used the ward that corresponded to the nation they were allied with.
It'd make it smoother if you could search all 3 wards from one mercantile house too instead of it being like "Check price/zone/check price/zone/check price/zone/buy item"
