    Who said they are there a week empty? Mine for example prolly is empty. I can't refill when I'm at wrk. Only when I get home.

    Then empty retainers should have a 24 hour period before they vanish. Either way, as it is, no one can sell anything because a third of the wards is empty retainers just taking up room.
