What does SE plan to do regarding botters hogging the 3 top provider spots?

Yes, the system favors botters. Yes, on my server I witnessed someone crafting nonstop (who admittedly bots) place in the top 3 numerous times. But I would rather botters exploit the system at the tradeoff of other classes being involved.

Second, I HATE the "no-lifers" argument. For starters, people who make this claim are following a model of putting others down while elevating themselves. That's just being weak-willed. The average American watches 250 billion hours of TV a year with limited social interaction and the average Brit and Canadian aren't far behind. By the definition, these people are also "no-lifers" which means, to some extent, everyone is a "no-lifer." Based on this information if everyone is a "no-lifer" then nobody is. Let's cut to the point: people call others "no-lifers" because they either disagree with their usage of time or they wish to elevate their own sense of worth by positioning those who are more invested than themselves as being inferior socially - both of which are for cowardly individuals who can't assume responsibility for themselves.

I spend about 35-60 hours a week studying. I spend another 16-25 training. The rest? I spend mostly on here with maybe 2-6 hours bow fishing. Last I checked I lead a very balanced, rewarding, healthy and fulfilling life with a great deal of interaction with my family and my girlfriend.

There is nothing wrong with the system. The drop rates are fine whether you are or are not in the top 3. It does not affect the rest of the group. Linkshells should be aiming to actively get 1 person in the top 20 which is super easy and not expensive at all.

As long as you got 1 person in your runs in the top 20 and know somewhat what you are doing, you are guaranteed the 60k chest every run. The drop rate is not bad!! This is not darklight people...We have been doing this every night for about a week, maybe a little over and now have 62 seals...no one has been in the top 3 at any point until today.

As for getting into the actual top 3. I did it myself on this morning's Aleport, and while it is expensive...it is one of the only things in the game that all those people with hundreds of millions of gil have to spend it on at this point. If you work at it for a week or 2, you will be able to get yourself in the top 3 and get your 3 seals that way in 1 night no problem. HQ weapons are super easy to make if you farm the mats and are worth 10,000 points a piece. You are not crafting those by botting....

This is the opening step for Relic Weapons, and this info just came out not long ago...what did people expect? Have some patience. The total donation #s for the top 3 will come back down to earth as the people with the near-infinite gil supply fill out their seals at those locations. In the meantime, forget about the top 3, and just find a solid group of people and work together at getting each other your 9. It really doesnt take that long.

What exactly are they botting? With HQ mats its really not that hard to get 1mil+ supply points. Especially if you are teaming up with others.

The ONLY complaint I have with this system is the silly 3mil needed for phase2. When its level1, hamlet is pointless. Why limit content like this?

I think the competition aspect of the top20 is actually great and its what the game has needed for a long time.

OPs basic problem is that he doesne have alot of friends willing to help get 1 person into top 3, therefore everyone else is a cheater
