Thread: Can't login.

    I'm having problems with the login. A message states that it's unable to detect "ActiveX" but Active X is on my computer. I even tried after reinstalling with no luck. Can anyone help me here?

    Please start a new thread and post your system information, along with a detailed explanation of the problem.

    You can get your system information by opening FFXIV config from the start menu, hitting the System button, then the Copy to Clipboard button. Paste the information in your new thread.
