I really want him to eventually play a deeper role in a main story. Not like he needs to be there all the time but I really want him to somehow save the day like at some final battle by doing something stupid. Yes I want him to be the Satan of dragon ball lol.

Hardly anyone would expect a very flamboyiant character to be the main bad guy. But did anyone ever think a jester would destory the world (Kefka)?

Considering the fact that clowns are based on jesters, yes I would, and so would millions of other people. Clowns are pure evil, as are jesters.
