Return of the opening menu theme for 2.0?

I miss playing FFXI sometimes. I said I would go back to that game in he future, but all the negativity I hear regarding when the new level caps were implemented and Abyssea releasing makes me wonder if it would be a smart move.

I'd keep it in your memories the games changed alot and it's just reskinned Abyssea stuff over and over and over again... I ended quitting in February. And new level caps made alot of useless jobs good and good jobs useless (RDM) just not the same... not to mention most people you probably knew are gone... community is bad in ffxi now

I have played many MMO's but I always went back to play FFXI. It was my favorite of all and I played for like 5yrs or something. But I did quit a bit before the new level caps started to role in. Such a shame how they made the game from what I have been hearing. I mean there is a very small chance I would try it again but we shall see. And to the OP, I vote yes for menu music

wow you just bring me some real good memories my friends. I doubt that FFXIV will ever be close as FFXI. No other game gave me so many GOOD and Unique Gaming Experience than XI. My best moment in the video starts at 6:15
