Removing restrictions actually causes people to create their own set of restrictions (If you've played any MMO, you can't say you've never seen this happen before.)

Your comment is invalid because it already happens with the current system. Weather restricted or not, people create restrictions for themselfs, eg Job stacking (arch onry, lnc onry, war onry etc....), specific setups and the whole Garuda exploit is proof.

Right now:
- People restrict to specific classes and even specific gear.
- People are forced to get 8 people for content.

With the change:
- People still restrict to specific classes and even specific gear.
- People can do content with however many people they like.

1 Cancels out because it happens now and before.
1 Provides a system that is full of freedom.
