    changed any reference to Nerf with Alter in the original post,

    fair enough they got a buff to Riot blade and goring blade... but its not enough from what i've seen, that and it doesent seem like a major boost to Pre-50, at L30~ as a Dragoon i shouldn't be able to take hate away from the tank, or i was stuck with terrible tanks... not sure... (random example)

    I actually disagree with this bit. As a DD you absolutely should be able to pull hate off a tank! Hate management is everyone's job, not just the PLD/WAR, and a DD who doesn't manage their hate generation should suffer the consequences. Otherwise why even bother giving them abilities? Just invite one to a party and voila, no one else magically gets attacked anymore!

    DD's blowing their load early, pulling hate and dying are bad DD's, that's not the tanks fault. (I'm not implying that you are a bad DD or tank, but universally calling tanks bad because a DD ripped hate off them is categorically unfair.)
