    If the new instanced fight and stronghold are any sign of what 2.0 will bring...

    ...then WOW. I've never had so much fun on XIV.

    The fight against the <censored>, with the three <censored> while all the <censored> add up and a giant <censored> follows the one with most <censor> aggro?

    PRICELESS. Its SO great! Thanks SE, I hadn't had this much fun since XI.

    It felt like XI content minus the headaches from exp death and such. Really really really nice. I played till 6 am!

    After you finish the mission "don't hate the messenger" you can unlock the following main plot scenario mission "United we stand" that involves an instanced boss fight. Didn't want to give any spoilers.

    But the plot? Its REALLY picking up.

    The group I was with wiped 4-5 times before we finally got a decent strategy going. FINALLY got the win at around 7 AM EST, so good. And oh my god I'm so getting Kefka and Gabranth vibes between it and the qualifier quest respectively. The writing in XIV is top shelf!

    I really had a blast doing the new quests with my LS today. I like the way things are going right now, the CSs are fantastic as usual and the info of 2.0 coming out recently.. just wow.

    It was pretty fun, not so challenging for me, but the quest did say it could be done with 4 ppl so I wouldn't expect it to be.

    yea i liked it to!

    Im glad it doesnt involve any of this stand on 1 leg kill 1 spider, tap you head 3 times & kill 2 bosses in 5 mins for chests crap!!
