15-20% drop rate IS low. Expecially if you consider that since the party is made of 8, the real % of 1 member getting 1 seal is 1-2%

It's like trading 9 Darklight equips just for the pre-quest.
Because the % to get 1 seal in a party of 8 is the same as getting 1 dl/hdl piece.

So unless there is something in the new SH to get them faster, this is going to take 700+ hamlets (average).
