Thanks for the clarification.

So you claim to have 28% drop rate. Is that with 60K points? Others claim to have much less % drop rate, just saying.

There is a theory floating around that the seal drop rate % may increase with tiers. I've notice that it seems to drop a lot more with 60k+ than it does with 50k+ but we can't really say for sure. There have been times when we've gotten 4 seals back to back but another time we go hours without one.

One thing is for sure though. Militia Hats/Legs drop rate is ridiculously low.
