just pop decrease hp once after the first attack down pop. the reason not to do the decrease hp for the whole fight is because 3 unique weapon mobs need to be killed by npc.

Do you mean that the Decreased HP debuff could kill a mob? I thought it was like a -Max HP down effect or does it actually do damage?
