According to the Roadmap, 1.23 is actually planned for mid June. Since there is also a 1.22c, which was said in Letter 28., i would think mid-June 1.22c will come around and 1.23 for end of June.

I know other timezones may find this time slot convenient, but you should really consider doing a rotation of your maintenance times. That way the same region doesn't get screwed over twice in a row.
