New Areas And Music Ideas

Just like the title says this is a place to talk about ideas for new areas and music to go with them. My idea for a new area would be like a steampunk type city, maybe a city in the Garlean Empire, that you had to take a special airship to get there and in certain parts of the city it would be calm and normal with people walking around and talking etc. but when you go to another side of the city it would have less people and be darker and there would be a chance you could get attacked by Garlean soldiers, and as for the music I was thinking something like a Daft Punk type of music, light techno to give it that semi-futuristic feeling. What do you guys think? Feel free to post your ideas here

Well, there are several areas in Eorzea that are not explored yet. No need to go to the Empire yet. Look at the map

Dravania, which contains the city Sharlayan, the Farreach and Abalathia's Spine
Xelphatol although there are no notable features
Gyr Abania, which contains the remains of Ala Mhigo
Paglth'an, which features Mazlaya and The Pearl off-shore

As for music, it's hard to say since we have no ideas what the areas physical features are like let alone the vibe each area would give.

Oh ya i know all about those areas, i was just stating a place that i thought would be cool to see :P, and as for music, that was just an added thing to see what people could think up to match with what they thought an area might look like.

A snow temple would be super sick, id definately like to see that in the game.

Oh god not yetis! Anything but yetis! Id be super freaked out the whole time i walked through that area lol XD

I think snow has a certain aesthetic to it that is real nice and underused so i'd vote for a snowy area.
