Just because they asked a question about this, that automatically means they're releasing new races and classes and they're going to announce them in this letter? Anything big and major like that is going to be announced at E3 or later, if it happens.

I really dislike the thumbs down option, I feel it's to easy to abuse and gives people an easy cop-out. If you disagree with someone have the balls to state why.

I've used a few commenting systems with Rate downs and all it did on those systems were hide the thread/Bury it. Obviously since this is a game forum where trolling is rampant maybe just make the thumb downs invisible to the public make it more for a tool for the people working behind the scenes. I didn't like the letter mainly because of the decision to postpone the video for 2.0 at E3 until august which is my reason for not liking the letter currently I'm hoping for alot of info or better yet at least a little bit of new info on the website to be released after E3.

From my experience people abuse the rate down option...

Bullies on ffxiah have rated down kind comments from friends I've got and rate down anything I post...not true for all cases but maybe the option for thumbs down would work for dev posts only?
