Wrong, a DD WAR can use -enmity and you would not want to pull hate from the tank. For example, I've been using the Flame Sergeant's Tabard on my WAR for DD and do not make up the -20 enmity with any other gear other than what's on the af head and pants. I would agree that touch of serenity materia IS useless for a WAR, however.
