Exactly my point. Maybe give a little more of radius, but not really remove it.
I mean more along the lines like: The PT leader is in Limsa, You are in Uldah, You should get SP for the kills you make while in Uldah. Currently you can't claim or get SP for that mob you just killed.
Or lets say, you're in a 8 man PT. The PT LEADER warps out to go back to town for what ever reason.... You're whole PT comes to a complete stop because now the PT LEADER is too far away and you get 0 SP for every kill your PT makes.
SP/EXP should only be granted if you are within a certain distance of the mob being fought. But you should be able to fight and be granted SP regardless of distance from a single PT member.
