No Bad idea !! Gear should be earn not given. When you work hard for items it gives a feeling of achievement . Stop asking for handouts plz.

I don't think you read the whole post.

It's not a handout if you're given only 1/4 of the seals back for items that you earned in the first place. That's not going to magically undermine a sense of achievement. People aren't just going to buy things willy-nilly, but instead be more comfortable with using lower level GC gear.

Still bad idea. Evertime I turn around peeps want O can we get totems for wpns , O can we turn in the wpn for seals and on and on.
