Date to subscribe for Legacy!

What I been worried about is this.
In order to fulfill the requirements for the Legacy Campaign, a player must register his/her copy of the game no later than Thursday, May 31, 2012, and have subscribed for a minimum of 90 days beyond the conclusion of your free trial period.

It sounds like you must pay by may 31 it says subscribed for a minimum of 90 days by may 31 and it has me worried that me and my wife can't get it

Again my wife turn her account back on may 5 and I turn mine on in april would it be safer just to pay for 90 days and call it good?
Or just wait? and I be ok

You will be fine, the Beta starts in October+, so if you subbed now, you'll have your 30 free try + 3-months worth of subs way before the beta even starts.
