In order to fulfill the requirements for the Legacy Campaign, a player must register his/her copy of the game no later than Thursday, May 31, 2012, and have subscribed for a minimum of 90 days beyond the conclusion of your free trial period.

You just need to have it registered by the 31st, then pay monthly non-stop until you hit 90 days, and you're good!

Ein neuer Spieler hat natürlich noch gar nichts bezahlt und hat zudem noch 30 Tage kostenlos. Das heißt, erst nach seinen 30 Tagen werden ihm Gebühren in Rechnung gestellt, die er begleichen kann. Um dann noch Legacy-Status erreichen zu können muss er daher sein Spiel bis zum 31. Mai registriert haben.

What is clear is that they are not being at all specific about when the beta will exactly start. There are a couple of possible interpretations on this and other rep's comments if you read between the lines. All that is blatantly clear is:
- People who haven't registered the game to start their free trial period need to do it by May 31st;
- If you fall into this catergory, schedule 90 days up front payment for the moment your 30-day trial ends.
- Otherwise, make sure you've paid for 3 months by the time beta starts, whenever that is.
