All that stuff you see on your Picture.. is whats going to be completed for 2.0 not after... The stuff that people been asking for that's not on the 2.0 Roadmap will be there sometime after 2.0. That Picture is a "Priority List".I don't expect everything to be in-game related stuff since they still have lots to work on but... per 2.0 Roadmap
----
We should be able to see at least some of these stuff, don't you agree?
Character Creation, Some Dungeon, Battle, Graphic Engine is supposedly completed,
If different from current: Chocobo, Airship

Not necessarily. When I look at that road map, I see changes the devs have planned that will mostly take place in the 2.0 dev environment rather than changes to 1.XX. Therefore, we won't actually see most of it until at least 2.0 beta.I don't expect everything to be in-game related stuff since they still have lots to work on but... per 2.0 Roadmap

Mmm I was talking about 2.0 promotion video they going to show at E3 in that one nothing about 1.XX... ><
Besides at this point Majority of 2.0 Basic functions and Content related should be nearly completed.. since Beta is around the Corner. They should be on there Testing and Finalizing Stage.. then Stress testing the New Servers. Beta is Nearly 3-4 months away.. and they are 1 month ahead of schedule for 2.0. I fully believe they have enough Resource to Mount an E3 Blowout to show the Crowd what FFXIV is really made of.

If they can show card game as a surprise on top of that will get the crowd really heated up for 2.0 (not all but know many still wanted that card game & gold saucer talk YoshiP mentioned lol)Besides at this point Majority of 2.0 Basic functions and Content related should be nearly completed.. since Beta is around the Corner. Question 4 is up~ and answered lol.

Yep. I agree. It seems like there should be quite a few things that could be shown at E3.
That's not to say that I think the 2.0 client is finished or anything, but the roadmap in Rein's message suggests that 2.0 is at the point where parts of it can be shown off. Of course, this roadmap could be wrong now (actually, I really hope that they update it very soon). But if the initial version of the 2.0 client really is going to be ready for download in November, I'd imagine that there's stuff to see now.

On an unrelated note, I've seen some people wondering whether the word 新生 (shinsei: directly translated as "rebirth" or "new birth") caused confusion in translation. As Rein already posted, in this case 新生 refers to version 2.0. That is what 2.0 has been called in Japanese from the time the PDFs were first released. Let me assure you (to the extent that you can trust a random person on the forums, at least) that no one on the translation team could have been confused as to its meaning. It has been as clear as day from the very beginning that 新生ファイナルファンタジーXIV = Final Fantasy XIV Version 2.0. In English, we shorten that to just "2.0", whereas in Japanese they just say 新生.
With that said, not all of the translations that the NA team posts are exact translations from Japanese. Sometimes the translations are exact, but often the NA team takes what was said in Japanese and rewrites it in their own words. Sometimes they even add in little bits of information. Honestly, that's a good thing. A lot is lost in an "exact" translation, and it can end up sounding robotic (even if it sounded just fine in Japanese). By delivering messages in their own words, the NA team gives their "personal touch" to communication, restoring the feeling that a real person is talking to you.
Considering that the Japanese Lodestone says that the blue panels hide "Final Fantasy XIV Version 2.0 Concept Art", and calls Hidden Artifacts a "Version 2.0 Concept Art Quiz", it's fair to assume this is new stuff. I'm not saying that to fuel debate in here, but rather to tell you to let the translator off the hook. He/She only told you what any Japanese reader would have assumed upon reading the original Japanese text.

In that case I totally agree. Here's to hoping the promotion video has some previously unannounced gems or at least some stuff that we've been given very little info on up to this point.
