Only a handful of people have this Concept book... the rest of the 300-350k population doesn't... so in a "Sense" its new for the Majority of the population.... No matter how you look at it.. if it's new to most of the population .. then it's considered "new"... Not to mention Those Concept Art's can be used for Wallpaper's at the end of the event...
LOL I havent seen a lot of movies from 90's, doesnt make them "new".

You can word mumble it up together all you want, but unless they change it to "All new except 1 image which we took back from 2010 when we was designing 1.0 game, .." then so far they 25% BSing. (Why 25? we havent seen the other 3 images fully yet).
