It's at 16:30 on my solo vid, the 5th through 7th Mites from the path I take:

I've done multiple runs in this style.

A) Killed all Cell Mites, it popped.
B) Killed only the first 7 Mites in that path, it Popped.
C) In a party of 3, Killed those three Mites and not anything else, it popped.
D) In that same party, killed everything else except for those three Mites, didn't pop.

I can never figure out if it is a specific Mite because sometimes they spawn together, other times one is in a tunnel.

It would be interesting if more than one mob can trigger it, since it is a Level 25 Dungeon and having only one specific mob pop it would be silly, which is the norm for the Level 45 Dungeons.

people keep saying its the bombs you killed at 8:03, but you only killed one. Maybe you have to kill one of them?

Like I said before, I've done runs w/o killing anything except for Cell Mites.

I think I'll do a run w/o killing the three mites I pointed out but I'll kill the bombs I see.

A friend and I tried to work it out and we concluded it was those 2 bombs. (or one of but not sure which)

What we did was do two full runs as an experiment.
In the first run we either slept or ignored absolutely everything everything else other than those 2 bombs. Took us longer cos of ignoring all the aggro and resisting the urge to nuke the wisps but at the end of the run the chests did pop.

In the second run we killed absoluely everything else leaving only those 2 bombs alive. At the end of the run the item chest didnt pop.

This is how we determined that it is those two bombs you need to kill. It is actually only one of them but as it's hard to determine which of the two is the correct one it's safest to kill them both to be sure.

I'm willing to bet there's multiple mobs that can be killed to trigger it, and you don't have to do all of them, only at least one.

Friend and I did a half-dozen runs tonight. Killing the mites definitely worked. 5 chests each time.

done a dozen runs tonight. Never killed those mites on any run. Killed the bombs every time = 100% 1st chest spawn

I know! I never thought I'd see that message. Apparently last night was Toto-rak night on Masamune.

I think I'll try specifically avoiding the bombs and see what happens. There may be multiple spawn conditions.

This is most likely the case. Did a few runs where I didnt kill either bomb, but made sure to kill mites and got 5 chests.
