please balance seals per hour

2k per hour is too much IMO. It would make all the company gear WAAAAAAAY too cheap to obtain. Half that would be awesome though.

I can get about 3k seal from toto rak in a hr =/ can do 3 or 4 speed runs in that time. That's exactly why the op is asking for balance. Choco escorts take far to long for an 120-225 seal reward, but its better than leves cause you can do it in 8 mins.

I see. I haven't done totorak to exploit it for seals. I heard you get a lot but didn't think it was 3k/hr. (Yes I think that separating from the party so you can get all the drops is an exploit, because it's clearly not an intended mechanic.)

That being said, I think they should increase the amount you can get via leves and choco escort and fix the totorak exploit.

I am not aware of any exploit in Toto-Rak. (>.>) I go in with a friend, we speedrun the place, and in two runs, we walk away with 1500-2000 seals in items apiece. We do not split off into separate parties.

Two runs take about half an hour, a bit more if we're yakking it up while doing the run. We can indeed do four runs in just over an hour if we set HP in Ul'dah and tele back to Tranquil.

I do not think there is any exploit at work here. o.O We are simply grabbing the chests, and turning the items in.

Separating from the party may or may not have been the way they intended L25s to do it but they had to have realized that L50s would do it that way. Being able to travel a given distance from your other party members is hardly an exploit and I'd hardly classify it as a mechanic. It's just a thing that happens. If you don't need all 4 people to go down one path, why use that many? Divide and conquer.

Wtf are you talking about? There was no exploit on totorak, people just do speedruns normally.

The exploit is that you get into a group to enter totorak, and everyone leaves the group allowing a single person to run around in the dungeon and get all the drops. You can't enter the dungeon solo, the exploit lies in the fact that these folks are completing the dungeon solo which shouldn't be allowed based on the entrance criteria.

That's not an exploit because the game allows multiple parties to fight the same mob.

People gets 3k not from solo......................

it's 1k-1.5k per speedrun which is about 10-15min run.
2k-3k per 30min for 1 person.

If you enter with two person and shares drops its 2k-3k per hour.

This is why people need to try sheet out first before they talks.

Oh, well yeah that's kind of an exploit. I thought you meant separating from your party as in going off on different paths to get the chests.
