We've known for more than a decade that SE has no issue with Reshade! They told us so, to clarify that, in a link upthread!

The ToS is easily read. It's not so broad as to define interacting with an OS as prohibited. People who bring up Discord and GPU drivers are not discussing this seriously.

"2.1 Cheating and Botting. You may not create or use any unauthorized cheats, bots, automation software, hacks, mods or any other unauthorized software or hardware designed to modify the Game and gameplay. In addition, you may not take advantage of game system bugs and exploits during gameplay.

Who's "we" Kemosabe? I've reported someone who looked like they were using some kind of botting software in game. Reporting people who are openly modding isn't considered "compelling a playstyle" or against the ToS except in, perhaps, some fevered imaginations.

Hi there, I saw many people trying and playing with the new leaked DLSS5 features (Injected through reshade) in a discussion with friends. Some stated that DLSS5 use could be against SE ToS and a ban-worthy offense.

As far as I know, reshade isn't against ToS per se, so is DLSS5? Someone could be banned if streaming with DLSS5 enabled?

To note this is not about discussing whether DLSS5 is good or bad, ethical or not, is just about the ToS. ^^; No drama, please.

i mean you're using a bootleg version of DLSS5 made by modders and its not even optimize and takes a huge performance hit. But the use of a modded .dll file is at your risk lol
