What color is the exp bar for max rest bonus ?

There is no color change, but it caps at 100k bonus XP. It's about a whole week of being logged off according to a dev post.

Hmmm.....it seems that the exp is percentage based. If I have a quarter of my bar covered by rested exp at lvl 47, then switch to a level 33 class, it's still a quarter of the bar.

If it was a solid number, It should be much larger on that lower level class exp bar.

That's weird because when I switch between classes, the amount changes. On lower levels it's usually red as it covers the entire level. I use my highest level non-50 class to see just how much rested XP I have. Dunno why it's not changing on yours.
