Paladin Sub Jobs to be effective

Hey guys. I am a returning player and advanced jobs were not around back when I last played like a yr ago. I just got my GLAD to 30 today. I want to be an effective tank for endgame etc. I am currently leveling CNJ to 15 to be able to start the quest for PLD. My questions are :

1. should I level CNJ past level 15? If so, till what level and for what abilities?
2. are there any other classes I should level? to what level and for what abilities?

You want to get key abilities from other jobs to make an effective tank.
Conjurer's Stoneskin, and Puglist's Second Wind are just two examples to make things easier. I would also suggest Lancer's Invigorate for more effecrive TP gain. You came back at a good time, Paladin is getting some nice buffs so we will see more of them ranking hopefully.

Jobs can't equip abilities from any class they want, only classes can do that. PLD can equip Marauder and Conjurer abilities ONLY, not Lancer or Pugilist.

From Marauder you for sure need to equip Provoke if you are going to tank, Foresight is a good one and Bloodbath can help if you are in an HP pinch and the Mage is dead.

From Conjurer I would recommend Stoneskin (acquired LVL 26) and Cure.

I don't think you can parry if you have a shield equipped, so Foresight is useless. Other than that, great info! With sources even!
