    I have said I supported this, but I'm really curious to hear the arguments from those that don't support this. If you disagree, can you state why? Because you might know a downside to this that we haven't thought about, and we'd love to be enlightened.

    I would assume it would be for convoluting the gear slot window even more than it is now. Clutter and all that stuff. no fun. I wouldn't mind if they added it honestly, the monk af is something I'm seriously tired of looking at, but I'd like to see them focus on actual content over this, honestly.

    Chances are we have loads of content waiting to be released for 2.0, they are just keeping us ticking along on the bare minimum at the moment.

    Yea I wouldn't expect too much but going by the PDF we have the following planned for 2.0

    Odin (Primal?)
    Ixal dungeon
    Ruins dungeon
    Crystal Tower
    Leviathan Primal (its pictured in the PDF)
    Garlean Fortress
    Frontlines

    Not to mention possible new area's and 100's of new quests.

    There's multiple approaches to the UI for such a system. The important thing is getting the developers to consider the system rather than worry about the UI.

    * The sad thing is that FFXIV turned RDM into a turret, and people think that's what it's supposed to be. It's supposed to combine sword and magic into something more, not spend the bulk of gameplay spamming spells and jump into melee for only 3 GCDs before scurrying back to the back line like good little casters.
